StatSync just came back up after being down for more than a week, and should finally stay back up. The technical difficulties we've been having were finally revealed to be defective hardware that somehow managed to pass every diagnostic test but then went on to fail and take down the system anyway. Unfortunately, no visits were tracked during the downtime, but they are being tracked once more as of now (3pm CST 4-Jul-2008). Also, it will take up to 24 hours for the statistics calculations to be reset for each user in system, depending on where your account occurs in the database. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
For those of you with premium account subscriptions, we will be crediting you for one month of charges. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear in your PayPal account.

The way that new passwords get assigned whenever someone forgets theirs was sometimes confusing. Here's what we've done about that:
We had some trouble with the system upgrade we implemented yesterday (see below), but the issues have been resolved. These problems were in some case a matter of visits not being recorded, and in other cases, they were recorded but could not be displayed. As of now, we are back to tracking and displaying 100% of your MySpace profile visits.
Also, some people reported problems with the forgot-password feature not working, and with not being able to register. Both of those are working again, as well.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience as we continue working to bring you an even better StstSync.com.
We upgraded this site today. Most of changes in this round were internal ("under the hood" stuff). They were necessary in order to allow us to add other new features that are coming soon. In the mean time, here is what's new for now:
